Dr. David Tarnowski, DMD

GENERAL/COSMETIC DENTIST

A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. David Tarnowski has completed several continuing education courses including implant placement, veneers, Invisalign, laser tissue management, and anxiolysis. Dr. Tarnowski uses the latest materials, equipment, and techniques in order to reduce patient anxiety, produce quality restorations, and shorten appointment times.

 

To produce the best individually tailored dental treatment, Dr. Tarnowski believes communication, education and understanding between the doctor and patient is essential. In a place where many people fear, Dr. Tarnowski and his team constantly strive to create a warm and friendly environment.

 

Dr. Tarnowski has dedicated his professional career to providing honest, high quality and straight forward dentistry. He and his wife have lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1998 and enjoy the company of great friends and the many activities Florida has to offer.

Dr. Will Moore, DDS

GENERAL/COSMETIC DENTIST

Dr. Will Moore is an Iowa native, as such he brings his Midwest friendliness as a dedicated general dentist. He graduated from Creighton University with a bachelor’s degree and went on to graduate from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Moore likes pursuing his continuing education in comprehensive treatment planning, fixed crowns and bridges, as well as aesthetic dentistry.

 
Dr. Moore firmly believes that patient education and communication are the foundations to a great dental experience. All patient interactions should be centered around exactly that: the patient. Enhancing a patient’s understanding of what can be done to improve their oral health and ultimately their quality of life is Dr. Moore’s number one priority.
 
Dr. Moore likes to spend his free time exercising, playing basketball with friends, golfing, and trying to enjoy all of the Florida sunshine. He is looking forward to the opportunity and privilege of working with Sandbay dental patients to maintain and improve their oral health.

Erika Zwolski, MBA

PRACTICE MANAGER

Erika has been in the dental industry over ten years. She has been an advanced function dental assistant, an orthodontic treatment coordinator and practice management. Erika works hard in educating patients the importance of their recommended treatment plans and helping them in maximizing insurance benefits. When there is no insurance, she will work with patients for everyone to accomplish their dental goals.

 

Erika grew up in the south side of Chicago an avid Chicago Bulls fan. She earned her BA from Northern Illinois University and MBA from Webster University. She lives in St Peterburg with her husband and three daughters who all claim to be #1 Tampa Bay Ray fans.

Julia Salas

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Julia is our new Dental Assistant Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in dental assisting to her role. She has worked across various specialties including general dentistry, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry, always prioritizing patient care and satisfaction. Born in California and raised in Pinellas County, Julia’s diverse background influences her compassionate approach to both work and life. Outside of the dental practice, she indulges in her passion for thrifting, music, dancing, and actively participates in various artistic pursuits, reflecting her vibrant and creative spirit.

Binh Nguyen, RDH

DENTAL HYGIENIST

Our Hygienist and a proud graduate of St. Pete College. Patients rave about how gentle yet very thorough his excellent cleanings are. He has mastered his hygiene skills and is sharing his gift with all his patients. (Just take a look at his reviews on google!) Binh is very family orientated and he enjoys spending time with his wife and going kayaking, fishing, and doing some light gardening. Binh is also bilingual and can speak English/Vietnamese.

Beonka Mcneille

LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT

Beonka is one of our star and talented dental assistants. She has been working in dental for over five years and shows her passion for the field through her excellent work. Beaoka loves her position because in her role every day is a different day. She has been able to be a part of many and rewarding patient cases. She is a mommy of a 3-year-old precious daughter.

Sandy Reed

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Sandy Reed is a natural born and raised Floridian. Sandy is also bilingual in English/Vietnamese. For over 25 years, she has worked eagerly to master her customer service skills. Sandy is new to dental but is a fast learner and has been actively advancing in the field. She is married with two beautiful daughters, and her hobbies are spending quality time with her family and friends. A little tidbit about her is that she is a Lightning fan and can only sing to herself due to stage freight.

Nayeli Zapata-Dominguez

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Nayeli was born and raised in Clearwater Florida. She graduated from Ultimate Medical Academy. She utilizes her dental skills and knowledge in various ways at Sandbay Dental helping where she is needed most. Patients can take consolation that wherever she is, patient comfort is the most important factor in her endeavors as a Sandbay team member. Nayeli loves Bad Bunny (the singer), not actual bad bunnies. She also loves going to the gym, reading, and if you are going to bring her flowers, her favorite color is pink!

Anastasia Lantier

DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR

Anastasia is the new friendly smile greeting your visits as she is now a part of our Dental Administrative team. She is originally from Watertown, NY, but was raised in St. Petersburg FL. Anastasia is new to the dental field but is a very fast learner and enjoys learning more about dentistry and growing her career. Anastasia has a huge Starbucks cup collection and loves collecting cups from all over the world. She loves animals and currently has what she calls a “jungle” at home. 

Sherita Mility-Grant

DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR

Sherita was born on the gorgeous nature filled  island of Dominica. During her 20’s she and her family moved to Aurora, Illinois. Little did they know how brutal winters can be. They decided to make their way to sunny Florida and now call St Petersburg home. Sherita is passionate about healthcare beginning her career as a CNA then transitioning that passion to oral healthcare in the dental field. She enjoys going to the beach, visiting Florida’s beautiful parks, trying new foods/restaurants and meeting new people. Sherita is eager about community outreach, in fact it is why she joined Sandbay Dental, when a trusted friend shared the impact this practice has on its community. She hopes to continue touching people’s lives here at Sanbay Dental.
