Dr. David Tarnowski, DMD
GENERAL/COSMETIC DENTIST
A graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. David Tarnowski has completed several continuing education courses including implant placement, veneers, Invisalign, laser tissue management, and anxiolysis. Dr. Tarnowski uses the latest materials, equipment, and techniques in order to reduce patient anxiety, produce quality restorations, and shorten appointment times.
To produce the best individually tailored dental treatment, Dr. Tarnowski believes communication, education and understanding between the doctor and patient is essential. In a place where many people fear, Dr. Tarnowski and his team constantly strive to create a warm and friendly environment.
Dr. Tarnowski has dedicated his professional career to providing honest, high quality and straight forward dentistry. He and his wife have lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1998 and enjoy the company of great friends and the many activities Florida has to offer.
Dr. Will Moore, DDS
GENERAL/COSMETIC DENTIST
Dr. Will Moore is an Iowa native, as such he brings his Midwest friendliness as a dedicated general dentist. He graduated from Creighton University with a bachelor’s degree and went on to graduate from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Moore likes pursuing his continuing education in comprehensive treatment planning, fixed crowns and bridges, as well as aesthetic dentistry.

Binh Nguyen, RDH
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Our Hygienist and a proud graduate of St. Pete College. Patients rave about how gentle yet very thorough his excellent cleanings are. He has mastered his hygiene skills and is sharing his gift with all his patients. (Just take a look at his reviews on google!) Binh is very family orientated and he enjoys spending time with his wife and going kayaking, fishing, and doing some light gardening. Binh is also bilingual and can speak English/Vietnamese.
Dahmaris Duarte
DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR
Dahmaris was born in Los Angeles, CA and moved frequently due to her father being in the military. Having lived in LA, Montana, and Pensacola in 2010 she and her family moved permanently to St Petersburg! Since her mom was a dental assistant, she has always enjoyed visits to the dentists. Prior to joining Sandbay Dental, she worked in childcare for over eight years. Dahmaris, is a huge fan of anything Disney, loves skin care and the color purple. She and her fiance like to go to Disney parks and are expecting their first baby girl.
Andre Fletcher
DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR
Andre was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and raised in Hershey, PA. He decided to leave behind the winters up north to relocate to warm and sunny Florida early this year. Having a background working in medical offices, Andre is now embarking on his new career path in the wonderful field of dentistry with the goal of becoming a dental assistant. Andre’s cheerful charisma and contagious smile brighten up the visits of Sandbay’s patients everyday.

Sherita was born on the gorgeous nature filled island of Dominica. During her 20’s she and her family moved to Aurora, Illinois. Little did they know how brutal winters can be. They decided to make their way to sunny Florida and now call St Petersburg home. Sherita is passionate about healthcare beginning her career as a CNA then transitioning that passion to oral healthcare in the dental field. She enjoys going to the beach, visiting Florida’s beautiful parks, trying new foods/restaurants and meeting new people. Sherita is eager about community outreach, in fact it is why she joined Sandbay Dental, when a trusted friend shared the impact this practice has on its community. She hopes to continue touching people’s lives here at Sanbay Dental.
