The minute you walk into Sandbay Dental you will feel the welcome. Our front office will warmly greet you and give you our new patient packet to fill if it has not been done so. (link to pdf of new patient paperwork). Your temperature will be taken, and you will be required to sign in. Once your paperwork has been completed our talented dental assistants begin the examination process. The necessary X-rays are taken for diagnosis. Your provider will review all x-rays and all your teeth and gum health will be evaluated. After a very thorough exam your provider will explain in detail any findings.

Once our provider has explained your dental treatment, we will go over your insurance benefits. We strive to get our patients to 100% good oral health and will work with you and your insurance to get you there. If there is treatment that requires urgency our staff is flexible to ensure treatment as soon as possible. Our team main’s priority is patient care, be assured that no question is a dumb one and there are never too many.
