Veneers

Veneers are cosmetic restorations that improve the look of your smile and appearance of your teeth. Veneers are custom made from porcelain and help correct stains, discoloration, chips, crookedness, and gaps between teeth.

Veneers are an optional restorative procedure unlike a crown but like a crown the process to place a veneer does require your provider to reduce a small fraction of your natural tooth enamel for the veneers to fit perfectly. Veneers are very thin, in comparison to a crown and are bonded only to the front of the teeth.

The overall look of veneers is very natural and beautiful. They offer a much quicker option than orthodontic treatment to enhance your smile.

Invisalign

Our providers are Invisalign certified allowing our patients to receive orthodontic treatment in the very same office. Invisalign treatment is the most advanced clear aligner system backed by more than two decades of research and innovation. There are no wires or brackets, and you can brush and floss like you are normally used to doing so.

Depending on how complex your individual case may be, an Invisalign treatment can take as little as 6 months or as long as two years. Aligners, or trays, are custom made created with comfort in mind. Once you received your aligners, you will be instructed in the wear and care. If you are ready to transform your smile, ask your provider for a free Invisalign consultation.

Teeth Whitening

There is nothing that boost the confidence like a beautiful white smile! Teeth whitening is a smile process that is safe, effective, and done under the supervision of our dental providers. Sandbay Dental offers two types of professional whitening procedures:

  • In office treatment – let us do the work for you. In a two-hour visit, our team will fabricate custom trays, place a barrier to protect your gums and use Phillips’s whitening agent along with our ZOOM accelerated light to whiten your teeth a single visit. Patients then take the custom trays and continue whitening at their choosing at home.
  • Take-Home Kit- if patients prefer to whiten at home, we offer our whitening kits. Custom made trays are made and patients receive whitening syringes with instructions on how to use it. Gels are specially formulated for customize whitening during the day or night.

It is always recommended to have a hygiene appointment prior to whitening your teeth since plaque cannot whiten. Also recommended is the use of a sensitive toothpaste after whitening since teeth sensitivity is a side effect. Ask your provider what option can work best for you!
